Francia Raisa Celebrates Her 21st Bday in Sin City!

Vegas has to be one of the best places in the world to celebrate your 21st birthday and Francia Rasia did just that.

"The Secret Life of the American Teenager" actress was spotted last night, celebrating her 21st birthday in true Vegas-style with a birthday blow out at Blush Boutique Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas.

Prior to heading to Blush, where Francia and her girlfriends spent the night dancing away, the group attended a performance of Le Reve.

She looks really happy about turning 21, right?!

    Now, Francia is hot! i don't like this pic, but normally she looks great, not trashy like heidi montag (go look at her playboy pic--gross!)
