Harry Potter Cutie May Move to U.S.
Although Emma Watson has been busy filming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, she does not stop pursuing intellectual fulfillment.
Watson received three A's in her 'A' level exams: three A's in English Literature, History of Art and Geography. Her high scores meet the admission requirements of Cambridge University, but Watson revealed that she applied for several American universities and would consider studying the liberal arts major as an undergrad if she decided to continue her education in the U.S. If she chose to stay in the United Kingdom, she would major in English Literature.
Unlike many Hollywood stars who give up the chance of education for their career, Watson is clearly trying to maintain the balance between school and work. Her choice of pursuing a university degree definitely shows that she plans carefully for her future and sets herself apart from some "troubled" celebrities, such as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, whose typical activities mainly include drinking and night clubs. It is very likely that Watson will have a more promising career than those whose brains are empty but filled with alcohol.
