Hayden Panettiere Dating Lindsay Lohan's Ex?!

We've heard rumors of this, but now there is pictorial evidence!

Hayden Panettiere is apparently dating Lindsay Lohan's ex, 28 year old restaurant/club owner Harry Morton.

The couple was reportedly laughing and holding hands while they walked Harry's dogs on the beach in Malibu.
