Heidi and Spencer Don't Want Paparazzi At Wedding?

A flier was passed around Pasadena near the wedding location for Heidi and Spencer.  The flier asked residence to sign a petition allowing Heidi and Spencer to shut down some of the streets for "an untitled reality TV project" aka their wedding.
