Hilary Duff Writing Book Series!

Posted on March 9, 2010 - 12:16pm by Katie Hilary Duff. Author?! The 22-year-old actress has just signed a major multi-book deal with Simon & Schuster to pen a series of young adult novels.

The first book in the series will be titled Elixir, and is set for an October 12th, 2010 release date. Elixir will follow fictionalized photojournalist, Clea Raymond, traveling around the world.

Of the book, the publisher said:

'It combines the overpowering allure of a dangerous love triangle with thrilling international adventure.'

The second book in the series will be a nonfiction book geared towards kids dealing with divorce. Interesting? This one is set to hit stands in 2012.
