'I Heart Gen Art: 15th Anniversary Benefit'
Wednesday night at the 7W in NY, celebs walked the red carpet for the "I Heart Gen: 15th Anniversary Benefit.' Star included The City's Whitney Port, Olivia Polermo, Erin Lucas, Real Housewives of NY's Alex McCord & Simon Van Kampen, Gen Art Alumin Zac Posen and Rebecca Taylor, and many others to support Gen Art, the nation's leading organization dedicated to showcasing emerging talent.
I Heart Gen Art featured the works of 60 of today's most exciting visual artists which are now part of the Gen Art artistic family. Artists arranged from emerging to established and included Lousie Bourgeois, Ricky Powell/DAZE, Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, Paul D. Miller aka Dj Spooky, Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeah), Mattia Biagi and Christo & Jeanna Claude, just to name a few. All the proceeds are going to benefit the Gen Art Foundation. Items from over 20 fashion houses will also be available for purchase including many Gen Art alums such as Milly, Peter Som, and Rafe.
