Jennifer Aniston Opening Mexican Restaurant!

Jennifer Aniston has a big 2010 ahead of her!  The lovable actress is reportedly planning to open a Mexican restaurant in New York!

According to Britain's Daily Mirror, Aniston said:

“If all goes well I hope to open a Mexican restaurant in New York City in 2010.  I love Mexican food. I’ll mingle with customers and be a guest waitress.”

Could this have anything to do with Aniston's love of North Hollywood Mexican eatery,  Casa Vega?

Rumors of Jennifer Aniston opening her own restaurant began swirling in July 2009. Hopefully she goes through with it!

    I love mexican food and I hear it's not too good on the east coast. Maybe she can bring some CA flavor with her to NY.
