Remember just a few days ago when Jessica Alba was in trouble for pasting those shark posters all over Oklahoma City?  Well Jessica should thank her lucky stars she is a star because the actress will not be facing any charges.  It seems no one wanted to prosecute against her and she will get by with just a formal apology!
