Jewel and Ty Murray Get Hitched!
Congratulations to the latest celebrity couple to get hitched! Singer Jewel and rodeo champion Ty Murray tied the knot Thursday night in a private ceremony in the Bahamas.
Jewel and Ty have been together for ten year- holy cow what were they waiting for? The pair live on a 2,200 acre ranch in Stephenville, Texas when they aren’t performing before their fans.
Jewel talked a bit about marriage and her wedding and said,
“It’s something that needs to be take seriously.”
"I dreamt about this day since I was a little girl on a ranch in Alaska," Jewel said. "It was relaxed and romantic. I wore a traditional wedding gown and diamonds, and he wore jeans and a button-down shirt. Ty's definitely my perfect prince."
Jewel released her first country album, Perfectly Clear, earlier this year. Check out Ty in her music video for her current single, "I Do."
