Actually, a recent statement from the D.A leads us to believe that this case can finally be put to rest. "The interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects," states the Los Angeles County District Attorney's charge evaluation worksheet.
The assault and attempted lawsuit by both parties was initiated back in August 2009, when Girls Gone Wild Creator Joe Francis reported that Brody Jenner's girlfriend and Playboy Model, Jayde Nichole straight up attacked him outside of an L.A Night Club.
Jayde on the other hand saw things a different way, making claims that Francis came after her and even threatened to "kill" her.
No major injuries were reported from the incident, but the catty-ness and on-going war between the two ‘bar brawlers’ has been persistent over the past few months.
With a much needed end to such a dramatic tale, we can only hope that while prosecutors close the case so will the pestering pair.
