Page Six started the buzz saying that we would all be shocked to hear the two random celebs who had been secretly hooking- up.

This morning, however, Janet Carltons Hollywood, finished the rest of the rumor claiming that the two celebs were John Mayer and Kristin Cavallari from The Hills, and that they had been hooking up for two years now!

According to the blog, the pair had been secretly meeting at a mutual friend’s house in the Mt. Olympus area of the Hollywood Hills.

The source says that Kristin was hesitant to start up anything with John publicly because of his long list of conquests. However, the source claims that their “friends with benefits” relationship has grown, and they are actually considering going public.

Mayer’s most recent high profile relationship was with A-lister Jennifer Aniston. He’s also been linked to Minka Kelly, Jessica Simpson, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Love Hewitt, among others.

What do you think of this rumor? I don’t believe it. Look at the list of his female conquests. It just doesn’t seem like Kristin fits in with those women.
