Katy Perry and Russell Brand Hot New Couple!
[/caption]Most thought it was just a fling, but it looks like things are really heating up between Katy Perry and Russel Brand! For those of you that don't know, Perry and Brand hook up right after the 2009 MTV VMA where Katy opened and Russell hosted. Guess hitting on her in front of millions of viewers did the trick! They were spotted making out after the award show and most recently Katy sent naughty text messages!
But one person says that this bliss wont last, Russell's ex GF Georgina Ballie, told Life and Style Magazine that
"Russell likes the idea of having a serious relationship, but when you've got all these different flavours of ice cream offered to you on a plate, you're not going to stick with vanilla, are you? I don't think he's capable of monogamy."

Some one sounds bitter
Still, Katy is reportedly bringing Brand home to meet Mom and Dad. Her parents are very supportive of Katy, but Brand maybe a little too indecent for her Evangelical Christian parent. They are both pastors and raised Katy singing Gospel music. It wasn't until just a few years ago, that she decided she wanted to go her own way and branch off from her Christian background. It is really early to be meeting the 'rents, but I bet that she is getting it out of the way so she can go ahead and date guilt free.
