Kyle must be a romantic because reports are saying that he planned to ask for her hand in marriage on a beach at sunset!
The two were engaged on June 15th which is a special day to Kellie as it is her late grandmother's birthday.
Kellie, 23 spoke to People about the engagement and about the day saying:
"It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life. My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother's blessing."
"Afterwords, we just held each other and had the most beautiful prayer. We had a little champagne and talked and laughed and cried."
Seems like this is the year for country stars to get married! Carrie Underwood will be saying "I do" this July and Miranda Lambert is also engaged! Taylor Swift better keep her eyes open for a proposal!
She also told People:
"We're all just happy for each other. I'm sure we'll be having some girl talk and we'll share ideas. We just keep joking about how there must be something in the water!"
"Kyle took away all my fear of marriage and has shown me the way love is supposed to be."
The couple met two and a half years ago through a friend. Well we wish the beautiful couple the best of luck in the future!
