Well…at least they didnt get huge tattoos of eachother’s full names across the top of their backs in huge block letters (yes Nick Cannon, I’m talking to you.)
Over the weekend the just-married Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom apparently decided to get “spontaneous” and get eachothers’ initials tattooed in the web of their hands.
Khloe got an “LO” on the web of her right hand, and Lamar got “KO” tattooed on the webs of both of his hands.
Khloe wrote a blog about getting the tats, saying:
Hi dolls! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend…I definitely did! Saturday night Lamar and I were eating at Sunset Plaza and I just said, “Let’s go to Tattoo Mania! I want a tattoo!” I think the best tattoo experiences are the spontaneous ones, because that way you are not only left with the tattoo, but an amazing memory to go along with it!
I’m definitely a believer in tattoos as long as they are thoughtful and have significant meaning, which all of mine do. On my wrist I have “I love you” in my father’s handwriting and on my lower back I have a cross and angel wings with “Daddy” written above it in honor of my father and now I have my husband’s initials “LO”. Tattoos are something you’ll have for the rest of your life so it’s important to get one that truly means something to you.
When we were at dinner, I just knew I wanted a tattoo for Lamar in the web of my hand, and then once we got to the shop we decided on getting each other’s initials. I got “LO” in cursive on my right hand and he got “KO” on both hands. I love how my tattoo flows with the one I already have. It’s special to me, which is why I believe it’s worth it when it symbolizes something or someone that is important to you.

no wowzer, the kardashians aren’t dumb—they are smart business women for sure–but u guys are all just jealous that someone so special found real love in this crazy world. u are all green with envy and jealousy and that’s a bad thing. If u sat back and thought about it, you would realize that you actually want what they have. Everybody wants and deserves true love, so stop being haters and start being lovers.

Well, both of their matching tattoos on their hands would be pretty easy to make up some other story about in case they ever break up, but all this media attention might make that a little hard…
And did she really say that spontaneous tattoos are the best ones? Why hasn’t this shown up in “Dumb Celeb Quotes” yet??
Personally, I think the best tattoos are the smart ones! For example, one of my uncles has heart with an arrow through it tattooed on his shoulder, and in the heart is says “WIFE.”

congratulations khloe! love is a beautiful thing and one is lucky to experience something so wonderful in their life. the people that are putting you down on here are very sad pathetic human beings. you seem to be a sweet person, obviously none of us really know you, but you and your family seem to have a lot of love for each other and I wish you guys nothing but the best! don’t listen to any of the haters. these people are insecure in themselves and have nothing better to do than put others down to make themselves feel better. you and Lamar seem extremely happy and I hope you guys have a long and healthy marraige! and PS the tattoos rock ;)
