Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts, And Kids Plant Trees In Galilee

Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts and their sons, Sacha and Kai, took some time off from shooting their new film "Salt," and headed to Israel were they planted some trees.

The family visited the Jewish National Fund Park in Galilee on Sunday and helped to green the land by planting a tree during their stay.

The Jewish National Fund is an organization established more than 100 years ago by a small group of leaders, including Theodor Herzl who's dream was to establish the groundwork for the birth of an Israel nation in Ottoman-controlled Palestine. Over the past 107 years, JNF has evolved into a global environmental leader by planting 240 million trees, building over 200 reservoirs and dams, developing over 250,000 acres of land, creating more than 1,000 parks, providing the infrastructure for over 1,000 communities, bringing life to the Negev Desert and educating students around the word about Israel and the environment.
