Um, to be perfectly honest, I don’t see anything white in her nose. In fact, it looks to me like just the camera flash reflecting off her skin. A greater cause for concern – and this is just a small suggestion, mind you – would be her half-lidded eyes, her scary complexion, stringy hair, and the fact that her nipple is out. She’s just not taking care of herself these days…
