Lynne Spears Set To Release Memoir in the Fall
Lynne Spears' memoir 'Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World' has finally been set to release in September.
The memoir which reveals what life is like raising two famous daughters, Britney and Jamie Lynn was first set to release in October. But than news spread that her 15 year old daughter, Jamie Lynn, was expecting and the book was put on hold.
"Lynne never stopped working on it because she wants to express her love for her children and tell their stories through a mother's eyes, said Nashville-based publisher Thomas Nelson, who largely deals with inspirational books and Bibles.
Nelson also said that Spears' manuscript "will not be a parenting book." "It's her story of what it was like being a mom and raising two very famous people. It's a memoir."
"Lynne has had a dramatic life. People will be be very surprised to find out the kind of person she really is," says Lorilee Craker, who co-authored the project with Spears. "Lynne has been incredible to work with."
