That's like the IRS sending me a letter saying I owed 12 bucks from my 2005 tax return. I think I'd find a way to scrape by. And by the way, I can pretty much guarantee you that "invalid driver's license" means he didn't get it renewed in time. And how many people are there really left in the world who have never smoked pot? So yeah, he's certainly a hardened criminal if I've ever seen one!
