Miley Cyrus signs crazied celebrity fan's arm

The freaky thing is that the girl has other celebrity autographs on the same arm. Apparently, the girl gets celebs to sign her arm and than she gets them permanently tattooed.It looks like Fran Drescher, Jenny McCarthy, and Kelly Ripa are some of the other signatures on her arm.
