Natalie Portman Denies Sean Penn Romance Rumors

In March, Star magazine reported that Academy Award winner Sean Penn was hooking up with Natalie Portman and were seen kissing at West Hollywood's Sunset Tower. The New York Post also ran a story claiming the two were dating. The two met at the Cannes Festival in 2008 and have remained close since. But Natalie is speaking out saying that the rumors are not true.

Sean Penn is a friend and colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue. I normally do not respond to rumors about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so."

I want to believe Natalie because it just seems like she can do no wrong but Natalie just recently bought a house in Sean's neighborhood in Los Feliz, California.

The house costs a mere $3.25 million, was built in the 1930s, has 4,866 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a courtyard entry to the main foyer, wood floors, walls and ceilings leaded sanctuary style windows, Bo trussed ceilings of gallery proportions, and leaded glass French doors leading to spectacular stone loggia. There is also 18,000 square feet of lushly landscaped grounds with a beautiful pool, and a state of the art security system.

What do you think about their rumored romance? Can someone please tell me is Sean Penn divorced from Robin Wright? I mean I thought he was then I saw them at the Oscars together. I'm so confused.
