Nicole Richie debuts six-week-old baby Sparrow James Midnight Madden on the cover of People magazine this week!

Nicole Richie and her longtime beau, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, welcomed their second child into the world in September.  The couple also have a 2-year-old daughter together, Harlow.

Of her family, Richie says

“I couldn’t be happier.”  ”The only thing you want is for your kids to be healthy and happy, and they are. I’m right where I belong.”

The new issue of People hits stands on Friday, and will feature a spread with the entire Richie-Madden family!
