Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson For Sale

Pete & Ashlee are in search of a new home that is suitable for their son, Bronx -- preferably with a yard.

The couple put their Beverly Hills estate, which Ashlee purchased in January 2007, on the market recently.

A source told Life & Style magazine:

"The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard.  Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn't a child friendly house."

Incase you're interested, the home features four bedrooms, a gym, a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and a two-story guesthouse.
