Russell Brand Makes Out With...JASON SEGAL?!

At the Stand With Haiti benefit concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, Russell Brand got onstage and laid a wet one on his "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" co-star Jason Segal.

Still no real explanation for this other than Russell Brand is a REALLY weird dude, but hey, now we can enjoy the pictures!
