Sam Lufti agrees NOT to see Britney Spears for one more month
The restraining order filed by the Spears family against Sam Lufti just expired earlier this week (on Monday the 17th). With the threat of a court battle lingering over his head, Lufti has agreed to stay away from Britney for one more month.
It's probably a good idea that he agreed to this as a restraining order can be extended for up to 5 years. To have an extension dropped, Lufti would have to convince a judge that he is not a threat.... with his past track record (remember, this is not his first restraining order), in addition to the ongoing investigation into the allegations of him drugging Britney, I don't think Lufti would be doing much convincing.
