Sean Penn's Son ARRESTED

Sean Penn's 16-year-old son, Hopper Penn, was arrested at his Malibu high school last week, according to Radar Online.

Because he is a minor, the reason for his arrest has not been released by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. It is also unknown whether or not charges have been filed against the actor's son.

According to a County Sherrif's source, Hopper was taken into custody while on campus at the end of last week.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are currently going through a divorce.
