Madonna's Lip Gloss Auctioned by Sharon Stone at AIDS Benefit
Many stars auctioned off personal items for charity Thursday night, among them was Madonna who donated a custom-made white guitar and the contents of her handbag to American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR)

The almost 50 year old asked the crowd not to insult her with low bids: "This lip gloss touched my lips." No problem there, the lot sold for $472,000. It included a one-of-a-kind diamond-encrusted alligator bag donated by Chanel and the contents of the bag - a magnifying mirror, hair clips, skin blotting tissues and lip gloss. Madonna's white Gibson acoustic guitar, which she used on her "Confessions" tour, sold separately for $472,000.Some lucky fan is super stoked on that!
Lots of other stars were on hand with items for auction as well. The host and auctioneer of the night, Basic Instinct star Sharon Stone sold her red 1976 vintage Porsche 911 Targa, which she restored to its original luster after it was stolen and recovered. It sold for $786,000.
Mary J Blige sang "Family Affair" and an R&B edition of U2's "One."
Sean "Diddy" Combs offered to let a fan follow him around for a full 24 hours, and sultry Dita Von Teese put a private striptease on the block. Both went for their minimum bids -- $314,000 for Combs and $77,000 for Von Teese.
All in all the benefit did awesome raising more then 10 million for the worth while cause, nearly 3 million more than last year. You too can donate like the stars by going here.
