Spencer Pratt Lashes Out At Lauren Conrad

This time, The Hills villain is after Lauren Conrad.  Pratt took to his Twitter account on Monday afternoon to attack Lauren about her possible return to The Hills, her bikini bod and boyfriend, Kyle Howard.
