Katy Perry and Russell Brand have been spending an awful lot of time together!  Katy is in Russell's turf spending the holidays in merry old England.  Here you can see the canoodling couple getting close and sharing a kiss.

Brand has already met the folks, and they approve!  Which may come as a shock to anyone that has ever heard him speak, but apparently he made a good impression on Perry's pastor parents!  The ultra conservative minister must have seen something he liked in Brand, because he was quoted saying

"We all have a past", Keith Hudson said.  "I was in the Jimi Hendrix Janis Joplin era, and I used to take LSD. Russell's really got a hunger for the supernatural."

Looks like it is nothing but smooth sailing for this rebel couple.  Hot N Cold singer Katy Perry seems to be good for bad boy comic Russell Brand, he said in a radio interview that ''I'm having a right laugh, she's a good person to spend time with and it's changed me, it's made me stop doing stuff that I probably shouldn't have been doing.''  Russell's checkered past of drug abuse and womanizing casts shadows of doubt over their relationship, but with a cutie like Katy at home, who would want to stray?
