Spotted: Rumer Willis at Prix in Old Town Pasadena

Spotted: Rumer Willis getting yet another tattoo, this time a big one on her upper arm, at Prix Body Piercing and Tattoo in Old Town Pasadena.  She was sporting fiery red hair, and the staff said she is actually one of their favorite regulars.

Slow down Rumer!  Daddy might not be too happy about all those tatties...
