Stephanie Pratt: Before the DUI

Before her early Sunday morning arrest, Stephanie Pratt was at Empire Hollywood nightclub where she was helping her Hills co-star Holly Montag celebrate her birthday.

From the looks of this picture, Stephanie was having a reallllly good time "celebrating":

As you now know, after this picture was taken Stephanie was arrested for DUI.

Just so you know ladies and gentlemen, being a "celebrity" doesn't make you invincible to drunk driving or the police!  HIRE A DRIVER!
