The Kardashian's 'Dash' Boutique Gets Vandalized
The Miami Beach police have reported the Kardashian's newly developed Dash boutique in South Beach, Florida was vandalized on the eve of it's opening.Eonline reports: "It was not a burglary, contrary to Internet rumors," Officer Deborah Doty, a spokeswoman for the Miami-Dade Police Department, tells E! News. "It was graffiti that was done on the outside to a very small portion of the glass wall. It's a little sign that some of the graffiti artists use...It's a small incident."
The Kardashian sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney seem to think that vandalism is "gang related". There is no evidence to suggest that they were targeted because of their fame.
"All of the graffiti on the wall was gang-related and there were carvings in the glass. All in all, the damage is pretty bad, but they're painting over it now!" Kourtney explains on her blog.
"We want to make it clear that no one was targeting the store or Kim, Khloe and myself, specifically. The location of the store has remained a secret since we started filming, so there's no way whoever graffiti'd the store front knew it was Dash. They were just defacing buildings in the area," she continues.
