The Pussycat Dolls are splitting up.  Apparently the girls haven’t been getting along with their lead singer, Nicole Scherzinger, for months.  The Dolls feel like Nicole is getting too much press and attention.

One of the Dolls, Kimberly Wyatt, says “There has always been a lot of focus on Nicole which has been hard to deal with sometimes.  Nicole has been our leader, and I wasn’t in videos like I wanted and wasn’t seen in the way I was hopping, which has been the same for the other girls too.”

Wyatt also tells The Daily Mirror, “The girls and I have just finished our huge world tour and are taking a break from the band and doing or own thing.  We’re all concentrating on our own projects and deciding what that future will hold.”

I have been waiting for this news for awhile.  I knew the PCD wouldn’t last long.  I totally agree that Nicole is getting way too much attention.  I’m surprised the rest of the girls let her attention last this long.  They are all extremely beautiful and talented.  Nicole should have helped them all shine, the limelight whore.
