why is it girls use Halloween as an excuse to dress up like a ****?
Heidi Klum gets it, she dresses in a costume not a glorified stripper outfit!

The devil costume is awesome esp the hair! But Kudos to Heidi for not having to look hot, cute or ****** like every other girl on Halloween ! LOVE project runway btw, but why'd it move to lifetime?
