Tito Ortiz Sued Over MMA Trash Talkin'!

VS.
Tito Ortiz is being sued by Juanito Ibarra, "Rampage" Jackson's former MMA trainer. Ibarra is suing over an interview Ortiz gave back in 2008 to a website where Ortiz called him a "thief" who had financially "taken advantage of Rampage". "Rampage" and Ibarra parted ways after Jackson's loss at UFC 86.

[/caption]Ibarra filed suit on Friday in L.A. County's Superior Court; he claims the statements made by Tito are false and "highly offensive".
A bunch of sports websites then began publishing Tito's comments and follow-up stories.
Ibarra is suing Ortiz and all of the blogs and publications that re-published the comments for defamation, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.
Ibarra is a fighting expert and claims he has trained more than 15 world boxing champions and numerous Olympic Gold Medal winners. He is best known for his training in mixed martial arts with "Rampage" Quinton Jackson and for his boxing training days with Oscar De La Hoya.
