Twelve Michael Jackson Fans Commit Suicide

This is just ridiculous. Although Michael Jackson's death was tragic, this is the time to celebrate his life not end your own.
It has been reported that at least 12 of Michael Jackson's fans have committed suicide over the pop icon's death. Most of us after hearing the news, a normal state of grieving took place: the crying, the dancing and blasting of his music, the coming together as a community of MJ lovers to celebrate and remember what it is that MJ did for us in this world as well as the music world. But there were some who took the heart breaking news to the extreme.
The founder of an online Michael Jackson fan club has claimed that several fans have taken their own lives because the grief was too much and they wanted to be with their beloved pop icon.
"Gary Taylor, president and owner of MJJcommunity.com, says, "I know there has been an increase (in deaths), I now believe the figure is 12. It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this. He would want them to live.
They (fans) can't accept it, they feel in some sort of different reality. I'm stunned that he's dead. One minute he is coming here for concerts and the next he is gone. I think the funeral will be where the reality kicks in that he is gone and won't be coming back, there will be a huge depression in the fan community when that happens."
Reverend Jesse Jackson has even chimed in on the situation asking fans not to fall to the grief and craziness.

"This is a time when hearts are heavy. There is great pain but great cause to celebrate Michael's life. It made Michael happy saying 'We Are The World'. Don't self-destruct. We fall down sometimes, we get back up. That's the right thing to do. In Michael's name let's live together as brothers and sisters and not die apart as fools."
The fans who aren't crazy and are still alive, are planning a vigil for MJ at the 02 Arena in London on July 13th. This was the date the was to kick off his come back tour in Europe.
