Val Kilmer Wants To Run For Governor Of New Mexico
Val Kilmer is interested in running for Governor of New Mexico. Hey, if Arnold Schwarzenegger can do it why not Val?
Kilmer, a registered Democrat, has been a New Mexico resident for more than 20 years and they say he’s pondering the leadership position when Democrat Bill Richardson’s second term ends in 2010.
“I’m just looking for ways to be contributive,” Kilmer said, dunking his tea bag in a big mug of hot water at a local restaurant. “And if that ends up being where I can make a substantial contribution, then I’ll run.”
No definite decision has been made yet, Kilmer says: “It’s really day to day.”
