Breaking: Presumed Chris Brown Bentley Car Chase

Breaking news said it believes none other than Chris Brown is involved in a thrilling (yet slow moving) chase in Los Angeles. If you’re guessing what the mortgage angle is, so are we. There is none. Driving none other than a white flying spur Bentley (sporting Illinois license plates), Mr. Brown took the LAPD on over a 3 hour ride through city streets, freeways and side alleys of the city. News reports stated early the “suspect” was recently involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend who at some point during the chase was in contact with the performer. KCAL9 reported it was “thought” the suspect had a weapon with him in the Bentley and could be a danger to himself and others.
If you live under a rock the R&B superstar was arrested and charged with making criminal threats on Sunday for an early morning attack on his girlfriend Rihanna. Numerous outlets stated the pop singer was hospitalized with bruises on her face while other reports mentioned the bruises but did not say she had been hospitalized. Rihanna’s spokesman on Sunday said only that the singer was “well.”
Toward the latter half of the chase, the LAPD followed Mr. Brown in a slow and methodical fashion. The LAPD went into tracking mode on Vista Del Mar in Manhattan Beach, CA. The LAPD made a consistent attempt to keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible though numerous cars passed by at high speeds. Some folks noted the paparazzi was also in hot pursuit. Moving toward Universal City, the LAPD has turned the chase over to California Highway Patrol.
