Britney Spears in last nights episode of South Park
Although we have not seen Britney Spears in the news lately, we have be seeing her on regular television. First on How I Met Your Mother and now on South Park.
Britney has joined a rank of many celebrities that have been parodied on the cult cartoon, such as Tom Cruise, Simon Cowel, and Marilyn Manson.
In last nights episode, South Park regulars, Stan and Kyle, take on a mission to get a troubled Spears to the North Pole.
In a news release, a spokesman for the show says, " Britney Spears is trying to get away from it all in the mountains near South Park when the boys have a run-in with her. Stan and Kyle get caught up in Britney's celebrity and the never-ending feeding frenzy that follows her wherever she goes."
Ah, this looked like it would have been a good episode. I'm so bummed I missed it! Yeah for re-runs, eh?
