Danny Gokey Eliminated From American Idol. Adam Lambert vs Kris Allen Beat Down Begins
I think everyone, including the judges, was a little surprised to see Danny Gokey eliminated from American Idol last night. I think it was quite clear from the beginning that it would be a Adam vs Danny throw down. But as we all witnessed last night, that's not going to be the case. No we have an Adam vs Kris beat down, and all I have to say is poor Kris, he has no idea what he got himself into.I think that the votes that will come in for Adam will be a record number. Kris, although he is my favorite, will be beat by millions.
I think right now we should all be declaring Adam Lambert the next American Idol. There has been so much promotion for this dude it's ridiculous.
Fans of Danny and Kris were pissed last night that singer Katy Perry advertised in her 'Waking Up in Vegas' performance who she was voting for... Adam Lambert.
What the fans aren't realizing is that even the judges and producers are being biased on who they want to win. Adam has been the final singer episode after episode and last night they gave him the longest hometown segment of all the contestants.
I wouldn't be surprised if American Idol gave Katy the damn cape themselves.
And if American Idol isn't endorsing Adam Lambert, mainstream national publication Entertainment Weekly is. Adam graced Entertainment Weekly's cover last week, which is kinda suspicious don't ya think? Shouldn't Idol producers forbid that kind of blatant promotion? Shouldn't the other Idol's have their spot in the lime light too? Have a chance to promote themselves in front of America?
