Jeffrey Ross Is the First to Leave "Dancing With The Stars"
Comedian Jeffrey Ross became the first celebrity to get booted off the 7th season of Dancing with the Stars.
On Monday, Ross performed the Cha Cha as best he could but received the lowest score of the night. Ross' excuse was that Edyta Sliwinka pocked him in the eye during the rehearsal, scratching his cornea--extremely painful. Despite the doctor's order to sit out, he performed anyway. He wore an eye patch for the rest of Monday's show and ended up wearing it last night as well.
When asked by host Tom Bergeron how he’d sum up his very short time on DWTS, Ross deadpanned: “What a nightmare!” Then poking fun of the eye injury he sustained from his partner, Ross said, “They told me Edyta was going to be on the eyes.”
Ross also told his partner: "I figured for sure it'd be your husband who poked me in the eye, not you." Ross said he felt bad for his partner, who went as far as second place last season. But he said "this is the most fun I've ever had. I'll probably cry after this."
I'm sad that he got kicked off so quickly not particularly because I'm a fan but because his partner is gorgeous and I love watching her dance.
