Katherine Heigl And T.R. Knight Are Planning To Leave Grey's Anatomy
I knew this day would come eventually, that Grey's Anatomy's Katherine Heigl was going to leave Grey's. But I had no idea that she would take her best friend, co-star T.R. Knight with her.Co-star James Pickens Jr (Dr. Richard Webber) told US Weekly: “Yes, she is [leaving]. Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best. [T.R. Knight's] going too. He just wanted to pursue other career paths.”
"Right now, the whole thing is in the hands of their agents and ABC’s lawyers,” an insider tells EW. “Something will probably be worked out soon, but it’s a safe bet that Katherine and T.R. won’t be returning as series regulars next season.”
What do you think about Izzie and George leaving?I think that it will definetly effect the flow of the show. Those two characters have both had huge story lines surrounding them so the audience could get to know them and love them. But to leave the show so soon. I'm not liking it. Grey's seems to be moving in a whole new direction anyways, I'm sure the writers will figure something out.
