Vampire Diaries: Here To Stay

The CW has just picked up this season's break out hit, Vampire Diaries, for a full season!

The Twilight-like phenomenon brought in the network's highest premiere ratings EVER!  AND, just last week, almost 4 million viewers tuned in.  The CW ordered nine more episodes for this season.

Despite lower ratings, Variety is reporting that The CW also ordered five more episodes of Melrose Place. Network execs are hoping Heather Locklear's appearance will increase viewership and attract fans of the original series!
