Is Beyonce Knowles the newest member of the guest appearance bandwagon?
Allegedly, Beyonce is trying to land a role on ABC’s Desperate Housewives. Her father/manager, Matthew Knowles, has already arranged for a guest appearance on the show, however according to reports, Matthew is trying to secure a permanent role for Beyonce. A source close to the Knowles family told MediaTakeOut.com,
They’ve already agreed to give Beyonce a cameo appearance. But [we're] hoping that [she] could be written in for a recurring role, or possibly even a permanent one.
There have also been rumors that Nicollette Sheridan, “Edie Britt”, may be leaving Desperate Housewives. So could Beyonce be her replacement? Beyonce will definitely spice up Wisteria Lane and she is probably the only celebrity hot enough to fill “Edie Britt’s” shoes.
So what do you think, will Beyonce fit in on Wisteria Lane?

I don’t like Beyonce. She will ruin Desperate Housewives. She is a good singer, but not a good actress. What role could she possibly play?

SHE IS DROPDEAD GORGIOUS TALENTED AND WILL BRING A LARGER AUDIENCE TO THE SHOW.ITS A NO BRAINER. BUT SHE IS BIGGER THEN THE SHOW AND RE ACCURING APPEARENCES ARE FINE BUT HER FUTURE GREATNESS IS IN FILM AND SINGING AND MASSIVE CASINO SHOWS.

I don’t watch the show but I think it would absolutely be a joke if she joined as a permanent member of the cast! That’s just too much for me.

What a joke! She totally ruined the third Austin Powers movie and couldn’t act for s#!t in Dreamgirls (she wonders why she didn’t receive an Oscar nod?)…please stop the madness! Beyonce – stick to singing and leave acting to those who know how to do it!

She was terrible in Austin Powers she needs to stay in the music industry and out of the acting. She can dance, maybe she should pursue that more.

If she joins the show permanently, I will STOP watching! she is not desperate housewife material, she sucks at acting and will ruin the show. No one can replace Edie or any of the girls…

I love Beyonce’ and I think that she would fit right in on Wisteria Lane. The show may even get higher ratings. Well we will just have to wait.!

the show would get higher rating and it would blow up but beyonce is to big for T.V. she would over shadow everyone
