Britney Spears... Naked

Yesterday, October 10th, Britney Spears' Womanizer video premiered at the end of 20/20, and man, was it hot.

Britney showcased her new figure in numerous costumes and was completely naked in a sauna for a good portion of the video. Check out the video below.
