Here is a snip-it of Chris Brown’s Larry King Live interview, where he sits down with Larry, his mother Joyce Hawkins, and his lawyer Mark Geragos, to talk about the night, February 8, 2009, he beat and battered his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

In the interview, Chris discusses how when he looks at that infamous battered photo of Rihanna, he says he can’t believe it.

“When I look at it now, it’s just like, wow, like, I can’t–I can’t believe that–that actually happened.”

Chris also claims in the interview that he can’t remember that night, when he punched, bit, and choked his girlfriend.

I don’t know whether to believe Chris or not on if he remembers that dreadful night.  I would think that if he didn’t remember what happened and it was all a blur that he would be more remorseful and beg for forgiveness.  But he never did and still really hasn’t.  I don’t think he is remorseful one bit.

Also in his interview, Chris admits that he’s still in love with Rihanna.  But due to the protective order that was placed against him, he must remain 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next 5 years.

Although Chris can’t contact her, his mother has been in contact with Rihanna since the incident.

“[I] let her know that I was very, very baffled, what had happened, and apologized for my son, along with I’m sorry what happened to you,” a teary Hawkins tells King.  ”And I didn’t know what – I didn’t know what else to say, and I gave her a hug, and she hugged me, as well.”

Larry also pressed Chris on how he feels about Rihanna seeing other people.

“I definitely would be affected by it, but, at the end of the day, I mean, we’re not together, so, if she’s happy, I’m cool,” he replies.

Chris’ interview will air Wednesday, September 2 on CNN.
