Ferry Corsten, Paul Oakenfold, Pendulum & More Take Fans to a Musical Wonderland at Nocturnal 2009
There were great performances along with delightful visual displays, which even included fire twirlers and "live art," if you will:
The NOS events center was a perfect venue for the festival, providing all types of different scenery and stages for each artist's performance. The lineup for the festival included: Ferry Corsten, Laidback Luke, The Eye Candy Twins, Pendulum, DJ Falcon, Rusko, Frankmusik, David Morales, Paul Oakenfold, Rabbit in the Moon, Treasure Fingers, Green Velvet, Rank1, Dirty South, and many many more!
Ferry Corsten was amazing and probably drew one of the biggest crowds of the night:

Laidback Luke definitely stole the show with his insane mixes of diverse beats and tracks.
Check out his rad mix of The Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" with La Roux's "In For the Kill" below:[jwplayer|config=Hollywire|width=560|height=340|file=http://www.youtube.com/v/_NS1LMVK3BQ|image=http://i4.ytimg.com/vi/_NS1LMVK3BQ/hqdefault.jpg]
Pendulum had a great drum and bass set for those of you who are into D&B, check it out:

The crowd was loving Pendulum's set:
Rank1 put on a decent set, although ultimately it was pretty hard to compete with Ferry Corsten who played on the same stage later on in the night.
Check out a glimpse of Rank1's set/light display below:

Green Velvet definitely wasn't as memorable as some of the other sets, but they had the crowd going NUTS for them when they performed!

DJ Falcon was also really good, mixing a little bit of The Ting Tings with some old school stuff:
