While on the red carpet at the Star Magazine 5th Anniversary party, we caught Joe Francis saying that both Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad both told him that Brody Jenner has “the smallest penis in Hollywood!”

While Francis was saying all of this about Brody Jenner’s manhood, he had no idea that Brody was actually inside the party, which was held at Bardot, and Brody was apparently unaware that Joe would be attending the event as well. Ruh-rohh!
If you aren’t already aware, Brody Jenner and Joe Francis are bitter enemies after a scuffle that went down at Guys and Dolls a few months ago, in which Joe Francis pretty much beat up Brody’s girlfriend, Jayde Nicole. RadarOnline also recently obtained video footage of Francis grabbing Nicole violently by the hair and dragging her down to the floor of the club where she was trampled and injured.
