Wow, I am very shy but now that I saw this, I think I can muster up the courage to check out an S Factor Class. Any tips for breaking out of my shell?

Wear what you would wear to a yoga class - shorts are helpful because you stick to the pole better. Other than that, focus on yourself, not other people. I've taken classes there for over a year and it's an amazing place. Give it a try!

WOW! I was so scared about these classes but now think I can try! I wonder if Coco does solo classes so I could feel better about myself before joining a whole group. Even if not, it looks so comfy in there that I would make it work. YAY! So excited to try it out!
