Mariah Carey's DRUNK Acceptance Speech (VIDEO)

Mariah Carey was given an award at the Palms Springs Music Festival, and when she went onstage to accept her award, it was clear that she was BOMBED out of her mind.  She was literally unable to complete her sentences because she was so drunk.

But hey, makes for a great Youtube video!
