Miley Cyrus Performs "Party In The USA" at "Divas Live"

Miley Cyrus was one of the "divas" at this years Divas Live event, and she was on hand to perform her new single "Party In The USA." I really want to like the song, but I just can't do it.  Something about it IRKS me beyond belief!

Beyond that, Miley's outfit is...questionable.  I don't know whats up with all these tiny micro-mini tutus, but I'm not really feelin' them.  What do you think?

    Yea I must agree Miley is a lil over the top. So when could you become 16 and be stamped a DIVA anyway??? Hmm yea if anything that's questionable to me. Anyone associated with Disney and anyone like the Jonas Brothers definitely IS NOT a diva!

    The songs ok, the outfit's ok, the show divas is ok. Guess im not that impressed.
